Specialized Engineering Solutions's Team Members Become LEED Certified

In following with Specialized Engineering Solutions' commitment to providing value to its clients and staying at the forefront of industry trends, Specialized Engineering Solutions is proud to announce that three team members are now LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited  professionals.  The LEED Green Building Rating System® is a voluntary, consensus-based national standard for developing high-performance, sustainable buildings.

As the LEED movement gains momentum, the healthcare and lab industries are recognizing the need to adopt and apply green building and LEED accreditation strategies.  This is becoming apparent with the upcoming scheduled pilot of the LEED Application Guide for Healthcare Facilities and the development of the LEED Application Guide for Laboratory Facilities.  These guides, coupled with the Labs21 program, show a strong commitment to sustainable and responsible energy practices.  Specialized Engineering Solutions is dedicated to keeping our clients informed and applying the lessons of the LEED programs to their unique projects and facilities.
